Prevention Security
The most requested is that concerning security and passwords, which is usually called “digital hygiene”. I will teach you how to avoid certain traps set by computer pirates (“hackers”), by sharpening your sense of observation, and by providing you with simple methods, without becoming a “pro” in cybersecurity. Humanly viable password management will also be provided to you, we are not machines!
Office automation
Then come requests related to office suites, such as Microsoft Office for example, with Word and Excel, but you can progress on others, if your choice is royalty-free software (LibreOffice, OnlyOffice, etc.). An office suite generally allows you to compose a document (commonly a letter), or to create tables to classify data or count them (management of a collection, household expenses, etc.)
File management
I am also often asked about the classification of folders and files, with the mastery of the famous “copy/paste” that so many fear! This is a fundamental basis to understand in order to move forward in this area, in particular to simply back up your data. Don't worry, it's like a bike, you go around the pond with the little wheels at the back, then you take them off, and the balance is quickly achieved. The “copy/paste” once demystified, it’s the same!

Finally, all the one-off support missions come. There I will ask you beforehand to write down all your questions on a medium, so that I can examine them when I come. Obviously I'm not going to teach you how to drive a car if you haven't studied the highway code before. The same goes for answering your IT questions. I will happily answer all your questions related to the digital world, whether practical or theoretical, and whatever equipment you have (Computer, Smartphone, Tablet, TV, connected speakers, etc.)

In all these cases, there will be a transcription from you, and I will ensure that it matches the actions to be taken to achieve your objective. This step will not be wasted time, but on the contrary an investment, for a peaceful rereading when you are alone in front of the tool.
